There are slight dimensional differences between the Sig 250 and P320. Although some holsters work interchangeably for both pistols, many users also report issues with fit and ease of use when using them interchangeably.

Does Sig P250 and P320 use the same holster?
The Sig P320 can fit in a Sig P250 holster, but the reverse is untrue. P250s may

not necessarily fit into P320s, so use a holster specifically designed for either.

It is not guaranteed that the Sig P250 will fit a leather holster for the Sig P220, as the latter is larger. This difference in size does not make the holsters of these two pistols interchangeable.
